Hi! My name is Heidy and I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.

My purpose is to use my passion for fitness and love for people to coach and empower busy professionals to enjoy their fitness journey and to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Exercising together builds community within a community. Amazing things happen when people work together toward a common goal to improve their well-being...that is what I bring to the table when training clients...workouts that are fun and bring people RESULTS.

Working out should be FUN! And that is why I create programs that are FUN and EFFECTIVE. The workouts are designed to build lean muscle while burning fat. I know how hard it is to find a workout that you really enjoy. You’re busy and don’t have time to go to the gym. With our energetic online workouts, you will get real results and the fun will keep you coming back for more.

We don’t just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don’t focus on just weights, we know you don’t want to get bulky, so we marry the two into a 60% Cardio 40% Strength split. This allows us to help you lose weight AND tone up. Not only that, the workout structure changes every day from circuit training, to CrossFit style training, to Tabata, to obstacle training, to boxing. 

 This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also when it comes to our workouts you can go at your pace. We provide modifications for all exercises and all fitness levels. So whether you are a beginner or have been in the fitness game for a while, there is something for everyone!

Nutrition plays a huge role in your success. We are committed to providing you with the knowledge, resources, and support to ensure your eating habits compliment our training program.

Modifying your eating habits can be challenging, but it may be required to get results. 

Don't worry...we are here to guide and encourage you step by step. We will help you set your macros and daily caloric intake.

Transformed Legacy Fitness has truly been a blessing to me. Working from home and homeschooling 2 young kids during this pandemic really took its toll on me. I had let myself go and didn't like what I was becoming mentally and physically so I took advantage of my WFH opportunity and joined TLF.
